When I played the level again I had 4 bombs because the boosters weren't randomly assigned to a bomb position. It's just about luck, but those 4 bombs should always be there and should not be replaced with a booster or else the level is impossible to pass. 😌

I took a chance and played the level (on iPhone) and did not experience the endless loop. Not sure if just got lucky or if the level has been fixed, but I had no issues. 👍️
