👑 King Community Guidelines
The King Community is a space for all players to connect, share feedback, have fun, and get help. Like any good house, we have a few simple rules to make sure it stays friendly and safe for everyone.
These guidelines set out the rules everyone must follow to help keep the Community safe, welcoming, and respectful and work alongside the King Terms and Conditions. Have any questions? Feel free to ask us!
⭐ Be kind and respectful
Treat others with respect. We don’t allow:
- Hate speech or discrimination of any kind
- Insults, trolling, or content designed to provoke
- Offensive language, even if censored
- Impersonating other players, moderators, or King employees
💬 Keep it on topic
We love seeing players connect and share their lives - that’s what community is all about! Just make sure your posts are relevant and respectful of the space.
We don’t allow:
- Discussions or promotions of games not made by King
- Spam, repeated or automated posts
- Threads designed to stir up arguments or derail conversations
- Sharing false or misleading information
🛡️ Keep it clean
Do not post, promote, request, or link to:
- Illegal activities or substances
- Adult or explicit content
- Piracy, hacking, or ways to bypass copyright protection
🎮 Play fairly
Do not share or promote:
- Cheats, exploits, or anything that gives players an unfair advantage
- Ways to manipulate events, rankings, rewards, or other game features
You can report bugs or unexpected behaviour, but don’t encourage others to exploit them.
🔒 Protect personal information
Do not publicly share your own or someone else’s private information.
This includes:
- Email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses
- Passwords or security codes
- Payment information
- Private messages or conversations
- Personal information or identifiable images of children
We will never ask for your password.
⚖️ What happens when the guidelines are broken?
The Community Team will consider the context, severity, and any previous violations.
Actions may include:
- Editing, moving, closing, or removing content
- Issuing a warning
- Temporarily suspending an account
- Permanently banning an account
Serious violations may result in immediate action, while repeated violations may lead to stronger consequences.
🚩 Report inappropriate content
Use the Report option if you see a post or comment that may break these guidelines.
Questions about a moderation decision should be submitted through the Appeal Moderation option.
