I purchased an item on my Windows Phone but haven’t received it. What should I do?
If you purchased an item but didn't receive it then our Customer Care team will be delighted to compensate you for the item. Simply use the Contact Us button at the bottom of this article to drop us an email. Make sure that you have a copy of the Windows purchase receipt ready as we may need you to attach that when you reply back to us.
