If you are playing the game through Facebook then it's your profile picture on Facebook that needs to be changed. If it's in the Kingdom then you have to go to king.com or log into the Kingdom on your mobile device and then go into the settings and you can edit your profile there. Let me know if you need pictures to show you where to go.
Hi lbv79, I'm not sure what you are saying. If it's to be friends for those games, there is no way to accept friendship here in the community to get lives from friends. You can only do that if you are logged in to Facebook or the Kingdom.
king.com has some glitches so that's not going to work to get the tickets to move on to the next level. Can you play the game elsewhere? I don't know how long it's going to take the studio to fix the glitches on this website.
I have no clue what you mean by mundial ranking. I just went to Google to find out what this is. Do you mean world wide ranking? There is no data collected for it. I wish that someone would come along and start doing it for everyone.
Most of the information does come from the game except for Jelly where I had to create a story. I would do the other games but I din’t know the characters well enough. Did you find the Farm Heroes story?
Hi, wondering if you can help, haven't contacted support yet...after updating I haven't been able to connect to the store or to spin to get moves when I'm at the end of a level. I play off my mobile and had to download off another app since play store says candy crush is not available in my region...any suggestions?

Hi Elsa. I see you've been helping community a lot and was wondering if you can do same for me. I lost all my levels yesterday. Emailed support and followed all steps by creating account and play level 1. After it I emailed them back with my last level 2540 and now I only get automated reply. Now it's level 2, but I did not play it as I don't know what would happend. Can you please help and guide me to bring levels back. Thank you very much
Did you email them back from their response to you? The automated reply I think comes on its own to let you know that they received it. It is usually followed up by someone replying to you. Check the subject on your email that you got from them. There should be a ticket number. If you do not hear anything by tomorrow, I'd suggest that you send them another email and make sure to use that ticket number. That is how they are going to see what your account and what they wrote to you. I don't know your time zone but they are 6 hours ahead of me and it's now 3:06 PM so it's 9:06 PM where they are. Wait until you see if you get anything in the morning. They can get your progress back so don't worry about it and don't bother playing level 2. Wait until they get you back on track and you can write me back here tomorrow ok?
Hi, Elsa. I noticed you tried to help Liah in January with issues that she was having. I believe i am having the same ones. It started the other day after viewing the message from King about getting to level 5000. I lost my player icons, the daily booster wheel that gives boosters and extra moves, and the boosters for collecting "c"candies. I get the the no connection message with that one but I have my WiFi connection. Also, King icon will not let me login to account. It says unknown connection error but i am able to play and progress levels. Not much fun without special features. I play through King.com. I have no Facebook account. Any ideas?
There are a few glitches on king.com and the studio is trying to find a fix. You could try Facebook or if you have any mobile devices you can connect to your Kingdom account from there. There are glitches this weekend also in Windows 10 and one player cannot get the events on her tablet. I am waiting until they are back in the office on Monday to report the new glitches. Not sure how long it’s going to take to fix King.com so you might have to find another way of playing. You could start a Facebook account and sync the 2 accounts together so you will have your progress.

Hi Peggy, I haven't been playing that much lately because the levels are too difficult. I never even play on my computer because I remember when I used to open the game it always had me back at level 1 and I had to replay it to get my progress back up there. So I only play on mobile now (iPad and iPhone). I don't know what to tell you but I surely know what you are experiencing. Are you seeing messages saying that the problems are happening more on mobile or are there more players just playing on mobile?

2. it starts to hang in the game. 3. You are thrown out of the games, then the shield error comes and try to find a solution. The browser doesn't care. So I hardly play any more.
Can only wait until autumn is. I hope I don't have as many problems then with playing as the players report. Because that with the Save level is new territory for me, I don't know.
There was a problem this week with Facebook and the games not loading so that's what you might be getting. I asked in my Facebook group if anyone had trouble and what country they were in. Only 2 answered - Turkey and Canada. But then it fixed itself. That might be what you are experiencing too. What browser are you using? I only play on Firefox. I sure hope that these problems get fixed before autumn.
When I came in and complained about a language, it was said that it would be worked on. Now it comes in on the mobile devices and it still doesn't work. I don't understand, because there is always talk of mobile and better devices. Could it have brought the language in for the country in particular!
I have no idea. I'm not a programmer. I would think on mobile devices that you can switch languages so maybe their help center might get switched if the language on the phone is changed. I only use English so I don't know about the others.
