I lost my progress on papapear because I accidentally connected Facebook can I get bak my progress?

i connected to Facebook by accident and lost all my hard work in progress.ive connected on another game before and lost my progress and it just happen to  hit connect .please there must be a way to get back to my level.Thanks!
