I can't recieve the email to reset my password

Hello, I have forgotten my password since I don't play papa pear since a long time, then I just tried so many times to recieve a email from King to reset my password, but the email never arrives. I don't know what I can do more, I don't want to loose progress. 

I hope someone can help me!!!

I am sorry this happened to you in Papa Pear Saga and I hope you have been able to retrieve your password - please let me know how you're getting on.

If you haven't yet, then I can recommend you to give it a try from a PC, using Google Chrome and the incognito mode.
