I can't log in Candy crush saga on facebook and papa pear saga also, for weeks.

There are a few steps we can try which generally resolve all technical issues.
With this in mind I recommend that you first of all try playing in another browser (E.g if you are using Internet Explorer for example, then try with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera).
You can download them from the following links, always ensure you have the latest version:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/internet-explorer.aspx (if you are using an older version than Windows10)
Now please visit the following link https://www.whatismybrowser.com for help in clarifying whether your browser is indeed all up to date.
If the browser is not up to date then simply click on the Update button to install the latest version.
You can also double-check on this page https://html5test.com if your browser will able to play the game. Your browser should score at least 450 points, if it doesn’t then please look at the list above and download a different browser. Google Chrome is usually the most up to date and well maintained.
I'd also recommend closing all extra tabs and other programs whilst you play as these can often negatively impact the game performance.

Why should people have to change their browser when it is King's fault? This has been going on for a long time for me and no satisfaction whatsoever. Just get stupid emails congratulating me on playing the game etc.

Thank you for your reply. I can't log into Papa Pear. Every time that I click log in, nothing happens. It seems to be frozen. I even factory reset my laptop.
Thanks for reporting back. Do you have Window 10 and do you play on an APP? Because the browser version no longer works. I think we are working on upgrading the game to HTML5 for the browser version. If you have the window 10 app it should work. Please let me know, thank you
I play on my laptop on Windows 10. I don't know whether or not it is an app. I used to play on Facebook but it went to game 600 and I wanted to go back to the start but couldn't.

No, you are playing the normal PC version. You can download the Papa Pear app from the Play Store Window Store. Please don't be surprised if you are at level 1. Then please play a level and the game will update. Then you should be back to your level. If not, please get in touch and I'll pass it on. Then I need the ID number from you. You can find them in your profile when you click on the orange king symbol.
