Papa Pear level 11

New to Papa Pear only at level 11. It says to drop 4 fruit to pass the level but the game starts with only three fruit! Even after all fruit have dropped no more appear making it impossible to pass the level! My friend has had the game for quite a while and previously passed the level. She said when it started it had four fruit to drop. Is there a glitch or maybe another way to pass the level? I want to keep playing but not if I can’t get to other levels

Ditto. I downloaded the game to my iPhone 5 times yesterday and could not get past Level 11 because of this problem.

I emailed King on customer service from the game and they just sent me a email telling me to look it up on utube??? Duh!!! I know that!!! Grrrr!!! Still need to fix it!!!!!!!!

I went back and looked and there are 4 fruits at the start...thank goodness they fixed this!Good luck now to you guys!
