When will the problems be fixed?

12/28/17 For at least 2 weeks I have not been able to play.  "We are experiencing some problems Please try one more time in a moment" has been all I have seen each time I open the game.  When will these problems be fixed?

I am thinking never. King care does not care. they never think it is problem on there end.

The first thing to do is to clear your browser cache: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/

Or try playing in a different browser than you were.

Many of the loading /connection problems are also Facebook related.

When you play on Facebook only have the game open and NO other tabs, windows etc

Do not click on your Facebook messages or notifications if they pop up (wait until after playing) or disable them.

If you can, try playing in the Facebook game room.

I do not play on facebook but king.com and it does the same thing. the only thing that will help is if you fix it.

It is now working, but it is NOT because of something I did.
