I'm having the same problem. It's been 3 days for me. I wish they would fix this problem or tell us how to fix it with out losing all the work we've done to get to where we are.
Day Five for me too and I spend money on this game so wish they would get it fixed. I am on level 840 and I get it on my cell phone but on a level that is difficult with not being able to use a mouse.
