Papa Pear, Level 655 - game freezes when I finish the level

I have completed this level more than once, and each time, nothing happens. After the rainbow appears, nothing happens and the game freezes. It seems I'm not the only one with this problem. Another problem is, that when I reach around around 3.000.000 points the game freezes too. 

I have no problems with a level being hard, but at least if I slove it I wanna be rewarded. This game isn't enjoyable anymore.

I tried it with Chrome and Firefox, I can't use another browser because it only works until level 555 there.

Hello Susanna! I am so sorry to hear about this issue. Can I ask if you are connected to FB or The Kingdom? Sometimes, if a freezing issue happens, disconnecting from the platform you're using and then reconnecting may solve the issue. You can try clearing the cache on your phone/tablet/PC/laptop and then reconnect. If you need to, you can also try uninstalling and reinstalling (then reconnecting) the game to see if that helps. I was also told that if you have access to a different device, to see if it works better on that device/platform. It might be that the device you are are using may be low on memory or such issues as that, and switching devices may solve the problem. If the problem persists, don't hesitate to write back and let King know. I have also let my fellow SuperStars and the King Admin know about this to see if they have any other solutions for you.
