Level 398 -- Scored 312,575, only needed 285,000 But not credited with a pass, why?

I achieved the required score, but it didn't pass me.  Caveat is there was a stuck papa and it would not recall it.  I hit the end button.  Why shouldn't I pass if I had the needed points?  This is the screen it went to when I finished.  How do you finish the game if you have a stuck papa without forfeiting?
