Why didn't I get credit for level 280 after game froze?

I completed lvl 280 after purchasing extra lives. The game froze and I had to refresh the Facebook game room that I play on. When I did so I hadn't received credit for the win. In reading the other comments here it seems that we are out of luck if this happens and have to replay the level. Well this is unacceptable. I paid for extra lives to complete this level and I want to know who''s going to reimburse me for them since I have to replay the level. I tried to send customer support an email and couldn't get that to go through because of technical difficulties. I would like to know who to contact about this!
