Game frozen level 486

Hello, my game is frozen on the screen right after “papa fiesta” for level 486. I’m afraid if I exit out, it will not save my win!

This is what I see when I click exit: all requisites are fulfilled, why is the game not continuing??

@3lliekelly Hi and welcome, Please check you game is up to date and if playing via a browser clear the cache and then restart your device and log back in . Unfortunately if your level has not registered the win the only thing you can do is replay the level,
