Papa pear acts like it’s going to be fine - it loads and then kicks me off, over and over again.

Please help! This is one of my favorite games and it’s so frustrating when it won’t allow me to play

    Can you please tell me more. Unfortunately, I cannot limit your problem. 

    However, this error is not happening for all our players, and we cannot reproduce it- that's why it would be very helpful if you could give us as much information as you can:

    • which device are you playing on (make, model, OS version)
    • which browser are you using
    • have you tried opening the game on an incognito window?
    • Can you send us a screenshot showing the loading screen?

    Why did it all of a sudden stop working? It acts like it’s going to load, and then kicks me off. Over and over again.

    Hi @pathopes thank you for your answer.

    I suspect it's down to your memory. If I see correctly, you only have 1.43 GB of available memory. The game requires at least 2 GB of available memory (like most of the King games). Please try to offload or delete some files that you don't need all the time. If you have more than 2 GB of free space, it should work fine again.

    ℹ️ In very rare circumstances, there may be a widespread issue delivering the Game to you so it’s worthwhile doing some troubleshooting steps on your device to maximize the chances of the game running smoothly for you.


    ⚙️ Please, try all the options below to see if they resolve the issue. ⬇️


    • Force close all apps & restart your device making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on again.
    • Update both your device your game app.
    • Clear the cache in your device game app.
    • Make sure that you have sufficient free memory on your device. We normally recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.


    • As a last resort, try deleting & reinstalling the game as this usually fixes most issues. Simply make sure that your game is safely backed up to your King or Facebook account before proceeding with this step.
      • Note that Boosters or extra Lives stored in the game may be lost during this process, so it's worth trying to use them up before reinstalling. ‼️
