    I go to the help for level 662 and it shows 30 moves, why do I have 14. It impossible

      The studio is slways monitoring the levels to see how fast the players clear the levels or if if is too diccult and then they might “tweak” it a bit. The video creators make the videos as soon as the levels are released but then if they “tweak” the level the video creators aren’t aware of it so they don’t make a new video with less moves.

    Hi Elsa, maybe you have an answer to my problem. For almost a week, I don't get any prizes for the sugar drops.
    I have now over 3500 sugar drops, and it continues to accumulate. The game show me 3500/60 ...

    Hello Elsa. I am playing candy crush saga and the leaderboard is showing that I am on the top. I am on level 4321. Any idea what is the highest level reached?

      Hi @edmar, how are you doing today? Currently on Windows 10 the highest level is 4430. On mobile and on browsers it is 4370. You are not at the top yet. Look at my map above. I wasn't able to add it to this message. You can see the image posted where it ends. You will always see that when you have completed all possible levels.

    Hi Elsa, I am really considering stopping Candy Crush now. I live on a budget that doesn't allow me to spend money on this game. The level a couple of goes gone by were hard enough but this level 4389. I read your piece about this game saying 'not enough order targets left' but no matter how I play it I still get the same message. I'm loving playing Blossom Blast and I'm determined not to buy boosters.

      I hear you! Like I just wrote you on Messenger a little while ago, I am not playing the games as much as I used to play. I play Saga on Wednesday for the new episode and then just play one of the challenges (Popsicle Planet) because I know that I can always be in the top 3. The other games I play like twice each and then move on to another game. I rarely run out of lives because I give up playing before trying it 5 times.

    I have written to Cez about my profile picture but she read my note wrongly and she hasn't replied since. I have the new picture on my Laptop, Tablet and old android phone. I DON'T have it on my PC or on the android I use. I play through the Kingdom but I went into my Facebook page and changed the photo. I have logged on and off, and rebooted without any success. If you go to the King account you only have and option too have a AVATAR picture not a personal picture. I sound such a misery but I really am wondering if it's worse all this agro

      Hi @nur, unfortunately I have no control over who gets these events and who doesn't because I am just a volunteer who comes here to help answer questions. It seems that these events are mostly on mobile devices. What I am going to ask you to do is to visit our Ideas section for Candy Crush Saga and see if anyone asked that already. If they didn't then I suggest you start that idea and then other players who see your message might vote that they want this too.     Candy crush saga. I’m on level 3656. For past 2 months not getting any rewards for passing level. AND ALSO when you pass a level on first try. Not getting those. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING AND MORE SO NOT GETTING ANY HELP!!!!!

      Hi @xtinax55, are you referring to the Build-A-Bot challenge? No one else has reported this yet but I will keep my eyes open here for the next few days to see if other players report this. Also if you could go into your game and click on the trophy. That is where the Build-a-Bot challenge is. Look to see what it's showing you. I think it might be a very good idea to start a new message so if others are having this problem they will add to your message and then I can elevate this to the studio.

    Hi Elsa, Are they still having trouble? I have just got Rami, I got all the greens and then it disappeared. Still no stockings or anyway to buy 30 bars. Shall I just put up with it and play it like this but it's not much fun now. Even Cez didn't reply to me

      I am not at home and won’t be home until late tonight. I didn’t get Rami today. I just hope the Popsicle Planet thing. I don’t hear from the studio so I have no clue what!’s going on or what they still have to fix. If you are waiting for them to fix everything then you won’t be playing much. Play with the game the way it is. Cez is very busy handling all Saga issues so don’t get upset if you don’t hear from her immediately.

      I told Cez yesterday too that most of my things have disappeared and they are still missing. Haven't heard back from her though. It's rally annoying I'm not being told that there is a message for me. I have checked my profile and everything is ticked.

      In your profile you checked the notifications to make sure that you get notified here? Also check off that you want to be notified by email, if you haven't done that yet. Please give her a bit of time because she handles all CC Saga and I can't even imagine how big that has to be.

    I did leave you a message a few days ago now I cannot find it but that's not the problem I did play the game daily and now I can't find it anymore ...download it states you have the game installed but it starts with day one again .....where did it go and what's the problem...

      When you have to click to download the game are you seeing "open" at all? I am wondering if you should do a factory restore with your device. Now when you mean the game starts with day 1 again do you mean that it starts you back at level 1?

    I'm not sure what you call it but it's the profile of ourselves that you touch to go to the top of the levels. That's not there now. Sorry to bother you

      You never bother me! Are you referring to your profile picture with a point on the top where you click and it goes to your current level? You have to scroll down a bit and then it will show up. I just checked it on my game and it's there.

      No it's not there, but it's not important it has disappeared before. Wish my stockings would come back. We used to have the them for over 90 hours when we had a new level. Hardly get them now and the new levels are too hard not to use them.

    Hi Elsa, I'm wondering if any others are having the same problem as me. I'm given the stockings etc and it says they will be there for about 3 days and then after about half an hour they vanish. I had Rami for the first level and then that vanished. If they said the boosters were being there for so many hours then it used to be true.

      Hold on. Let me open the game now. I have the stockings and have a little over an hour left on that. I didn't even get Rami this week at all. Something is definitely going wrong with all the challenges. I better keep a closer eye on it. By the way, have you gone over to my message about adding the search box to Saga? If not, please go there because if we don't get enough people responding then it won't happen.

      Hi Elsa, I had all my stocking just now a new lot. I've played 3 games and they've gone. This is the time we need them as hopefully we will have some new levels to get going again. I did what you asked and went put a note on the link you sent before. I also checked my settings and most of them were filled in. I filled in the couple that weren't but I don't think it will make any difference

I would like to find out if others find your message and say that they are having the same problem. Then I can notify Cez about it. Here she will never see that you are having problems.

    Elsa, I hope you can see this. I am more than upset today. I have been in touch with King and they have been trying to help me. I have the stockings now, but my PC is still on 4223 and my Lap Top is still on 4221. I have sent them screenshots. I have done everything they have asked of me, but they seem to have forgotten me since yesterday afternoon. I want to get back to my game but I'm frightened to in case it doesn't sync properly. Is there any way you can get in touch with them and find out what's happening. The last they asked me was to just keep my PC logged on and that's what I did.

      There is no one in their office again until Monday. Play just on one computer and forget the other until Monday. I don't think you will see any syncing until the new episode is released and it goes beyond 4220. That is what I am waiting to see. Let's wait until Wednesday and take a break from the game today! I should be answering new questions here but instead I have chosen to forget them for a bit, except you of course, and do a video. We all need breaks sometime. If you want to play then go to your PIC and continue but I don't know if they will be releasing 15 or 30 new levels. Either way it should go up to 4235 on Wednesday.
