Level 416 locked

Hello, moderator community!
Unfortunately I have reported another bug problem in the game. 416. The game starts by asking for available play, but it did not happen with the game played by me. When I opened the game, I made the only move that could be made, but the game did not break all the blocks and did not release the other blocks so that I could continue. I was forced to leave the game, closing and opening the game again. During this process I lost my only life and my special life I had won.
Problems like this have been happening frequently. I'm always reporting here in the community, but I'm upset about it. Well, I'm the only one who's harmed.

    I've just been playing this Level to see if the problem happens in my game also, but it did not.
    Does it happen every time you play this Level or was it just a temporary glitch?

    I understand how upsetting it can be to waste a life in this game as there is only one every 30 minutes!

    It may also help to make sure you have the most recent update of the game.

    I can see you've passed the level already so well done πŸ˜ƒπŸ™Œ We've tested it our selfs and could not reproduce this issue so I'll pass this on to the studio to check if they have made any changes πŸ˜‰

    I have already passed the level mentioned above. I understand that the team took the test and there was not the same mistake with you. But I did not say that the mistake happened every time I tried to pass that level.
    It happened only once, at this level, but I was prejudiced.
    What kind of treatment was given to my game. I opened the game app now and did not notice any difference.
    The most correct part of the technical team part, as an apology, was to donate me gold bars or boosts. Well, I've been very hurt on other levels, even up, I was not receiving the animal that I rescued because of bugs in the game.
    I reaffirm .. at this level this problem occurred once, but during the meh progress in the game, there have already been several technical failures that have harmed me. If this is the case, I uninstall the application and do not play anymore, because, I will not be wearing it that way. Every time I have a lot of work to come here to report problems, because I do not speak the same language of you and I have to translate all my text to the English, wasting time with this. I am sure that the goal of the game developers is to bring joy and entertainment to the players, not to cause disarray and loss of heart.
