  Could you first make sure you have the latest update installed so you have all bug fixes? 
  
  Then clear the cache and restart the app and see if that helps: 
  -On iPhone simply swipe the app up and restart the device
  -On Android go Settings > Apps > Pet Rescue Puzzle > Clear cache and then tap Force Stop. Finally restart the device. 
  
  If that doesn't help, please reinstall the whole app.
