I have been playing this game for some time now (I am on the last fifteen) and am absolutely fed up with the 100% block puzzles which seem to be more and more frequent. This is supposed to be Pet Rescue!!!!

This morning I tried to purchase coins and it said my purchase was not completed and my account would not be charged. I again tried and got the same message. 15 Hours Between Games
I have to wait 15 hours to play the next game, which started this week. I have been playing for years with a few to 28 minutes between games. Is there any way I can change that so that I can continue to enjoy the game?

Unable to use Gold Bars
Have 126 bars, failed a level and tried to buy extra moves with the bars I have because I wanted to keep the Winning Streak goodies and the game tells me it cannot contact the store. Lost everything...very frustrating...

Lost lives etc
I have eventually managed to move my game to my new phone, at the right level - 2797. However I have lost 2 blockbusters, 3 colour pop,2 column blasters, 5 line blasters, 1 mesh masher and 36 master keys. Have sent 2 emails and no help given. No luck through Facebook either. Can you restore these items for me please?

Game won't load
Everytime I try to get the game to load, it just won't have it at all... I can play it on a PC, and that has the same browser I am using on my laptop (firefox) & it is up to date as well.. I have uninstalled the game and it still won't work.. It starts to load up and then goes black, then all u can see is a flashing black…
