The last 2 days when playing i pass the levels until level 9510 but the other day they reset back to 9498 can you tell me how to fix it ?

There is something really wrong here!!! I opened my game for it to come up with hot keys & then it says unable to load. I have lost 168 gold & 500,000 or so coins from when I played the race event. It also put me back to day 1 on log in. The right level but that is all that is right!!!!
