I earned 50 gold bars and have yet to receive them
I just earned my gold bars and a message came up saying I claimed them on another device. This is the only device I play on. And I couldn't have claimed them on another device the second I earned them. Any way to get my gold bars? Worked hard for them.

I completed the puppy game and earned my 50 gold bars, but then I got the message "Claim failed. These bars were already claimed on a different device" This is pure bs, I only play on one device! How can I claim my 50 gold bars?
Would like to receive the 50 gold bars which were denied to me. Said claim denied because I had received them on another device. Please help. Tobey Chappell
