level 8629 is impossible, doesn’t drop enough pets, you would need to buy extra gold bars to pass this level, even boosters don’t help

Pet Rescue game on IPad. when I go to play the next level on Pet Rescue, it is at play, once I press Play it just goes all orange and cuts out. Is this a problem with with other players
Why is it on hard levels they don't give you any ads to watch to get more moves and why don't they give you a cherry bomb either? Anyone else having that problem?

Have played for years and have passed level 7800 but now cannot log in. Have logged in and out-deleted and reinstall app etc… still nothing have lost my streak and am missing out on Petopia with rewards.
