How do I view lives gifted me by friends on my IPad?

I am connected to FB, but I cannot see the lives sent to me. They show up on my iPhone but not on my iPad. Suggestions?

Hey Sheryd, don´t you have an envelope in the game on your iPad? Maybe first open the game on your iPad instead of your iPhone and check your inbox.
