Having problems with level 924. Getting high scores but only able to collect 11 or fewer pets.

A score of 136,810 collected only 8 pets and showed possible 3 more and out of moves.  Any one else having problems with level 924.  Developers and contact doesn't help.  Have had several high scores!!!

I don't think there are any issues. There are quite a few videos on youtube showing all 13 pets coming down. I think you need to get the 3 that you mention down before the others will appear.
