How do I get past 45 to 46 in candy crush soda?

Been here for weeks. Can't proceed to 46. Accidently wasted 18 gold bars by pushing wrong button. Can't get past level 27 to 28 on Pet rescue, too- for even longer. Are there any of these games that I can just play without the politics of buying, begging, waiting, hoping, etc?

Hi Ellen, are you still stuck on the same levels in both of the games?
I only pay when I want to, to be honest. Luckily the games are free to play and you can get help from and give help to friends, if you wish to do so.
I must admit I sometimes purchase boosters to achieve higher scores and beat my friend's best scores, or simply to stay ahead of them.. (but that's secret;-)
