I got Pet Rescue and instead of letters I have squares. Anyone can help me?

He instalado el juego en una tablet Samsung 8.9, desde la Play Store de Google. La versión de android es compatible. Cuando inicio el juego en lugar de letras, aparecen cuadraditos.
