They have a customer support team, they have a live chat, FAQ's and they have this site..
I'm pretty sure that's all you need as support, haha.

lol .. i emailed them but they just sent me a reply with a link to this forum and said they couldn't answer emails. so i thought this was it where help was concerned . anyhow, i redid my level AGAIN with 24hr life, so i'm back on the road yay !!They have a customer support team, they have a live chat, FAQ's and they have this site..
