In Pet Rescue there are these blocks that come down that have an arm on them like a safe. The arm

rotates around. How does one break these? There are no descriptions or instructions on how to destroy them.

You need to make a match next to the box until it isn't covered with mesh. Then make a match or bomb or spring on it.
