when trying to reload my gold bars saying to contact the developer.  It won't reload any gold bars.

    Hey Janice,

    Have you double checked your payment options? Make sure the details are filled in correctly.

    Also clear cache on your PC and do a restart.

    Open the game on your Facebook using Google Chrome as a browser.

    You could also try on their site, king.com.
