IT SHOWS 3- FRIENDS HAVE MOVED TO NEXT LEVEL. GAME SAYS ONLY 2 HAVE. IT SHOWS 3 PEOPLE. WHY HAVE I NOT BEEN MOVED TO NEXT LEVEL?

Does it show the 3 in the roadblock, or only that 2 have helped so far? Maybe the 3rd didn't get through. There is a thread about the roadblocks issues here, have a read: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/roadblocks-659693352
