I don't get Daily Bonus on my mobile devise, etc

I can't get friends help, don't get daily bonus and have no boosters on my mobile device.  So when I get stuck, have to get on my computer to get boosters to finish a level.  This is not fun - why can't I get what I need on the mobile device?  I've deleted app and reloaded, but still no bonuses, etc.  I need boosters!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Have you checked that you're connected to Facebook to get help from friends etc?

    I still don't have any block busters. I had my friends send me block busters from their computer - nothing comes through on the mobile I use. I can get lives, but no block busters, no daily bonus.. My question is how can I get these on my mobile device?
