My pet rescue app won't open

I open the app it starts loading and then closes all by it self, taking me back to home screen. Been like this for about 3 weeks, restarted he device, deleted other apps creating more space and nothing seems to make it work. Please help

Hey Diiego,

Have you checked for updates for the game and for your iPad, meaning the iOS version you run on it? Restart your iPad too.

Be aware that if it's an iPad II or earlier, then the game will keep doing this as those iPad's aren't supported anymore by King games/

With improvements to graphics, sound and the addition of new features in our games, some older devices may not be able to handle the implemented changes. Please could you check that you are playing on a compatible device? 

- iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5s, iPhone 6 and later models

- iPad 3 and later models

Here are a few steps which fix the vast majority of issues:

a. Force close all apps and restart your device: http://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201559

b. Please check for any updates for your device and apps: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fz14wv4PXVg

Still won't work. Am afraid I'll just have to delete it. Tried pretty much everything

It's an iPad Air. Find it a bit ridiculous that it has been working fine for over a year and all of a sudden just won't connect. Thank you very much for advice

why can’t I access pet rescue on my old 5S iPhone. I get the beginning screen but then the screen goes black comes back to the orange screen and it stops accessing the game.

Hi @marabar and welcome to the community.

A lot of players have been having issues since Petopia was added, so you can request it be taken away and see if that helps. You'd need to post your player ID in this thread here though 🙂
