Missing Gold Bars

I had 300 gold bars that I received over time and recently I have got most from playing mystery mountain and I woke up and I went to play the game (which is my all time favorite game ever) and I went from 300 to 272! I have not purchased anything. I went and emailed the costumer service and I have yet to receive an email back at all! I have emailed them again 2 or 3 more times and yet to have anyone respond to me! I am frustrated because I have worked so hard to get that much gold and not use it. In which by the way I have no reason to spend any due to the fact I have so many boosters that I have no need to use any gold to purchase them! I just want an answer to where my gold went and why it's gone and why I haven't got an answer back to this question from anyone with KING GAMES! I am a huge fan of all games and let rescue is my all time favorite since the day it came out, but if I do not get help over this I will delete the game and all other King Games because I am that upset and mad. Why take someone's gold that they have worked hard to get and to save? Then just plain and simply not answer or reply back?!? Please help!!!!!
