I have been stuck at level 267 for over 6 months. Every-time I ask my friends for help, the help page (pop-up) disappears instantly and I am at six month's later STILL STUCK AT LEVEL 267. Why can I not ask my friends for help? Thank you.

That's quite a while to be waiting! What are you playing from, Facebook or do you have the game app installed?

I was playing on FB, I just can't play because I can only go backwards.

I can't ask friends for help either. Lost my 1035 level game. Started at 1. Now I can't ask friends for help.
