What happened to my 12 hrs of unlimited life and boosters.

I had at least 12 hrs of unlimited life and several power ups I had accumulated climbing the mountain and then Monday completing the Sunny day challenge. They are gone. I want them back. Why you couldn't just give me a straight answer in my email I don't get. You are frustrating me further I have no message in this forum. What the hell???

Why can't I ever get Petopia online through my games but I can get it on my download and where is Mystery Mountain this week?
I was getting the daily bonus on prt rescue and now i am not. How do i get it back?
I was getting daily bonus on pet rescue and now I am not. I found it very helpful and miss not getting it and do not understand why it just stopped showing up. I have been playing the game for quite some time and enjoy it.
