tried the suggestions from James on checking browser compatibility and cleaning browser, still have problems with screen going brown and cant see anything. now what?

loaded google chrome (dont like it but it seems to have corrected the problem) only played for a short time but didnt act up. will play more later and report if needed

473 on internet explorer, Microsoft edge. Also candy crush and Farm saga all work okay
