I am stuck on level 1827 of Pet rescue as the new levels are not loaded and  a lot of people are saying they are in higher levels.

Hi Barbara, you are playing the old Flash version of Pet Rescue - it does not have any new Levels from 1827. At the moment King.com only has the Flash version so you need to play on facebook.

If on facebook, you still cannot see above 1827 then to get more Episodes you must update your browser and completely clear it's cache/history to download the new HTML5 version of the game.

If you want to check whether your browser is HTML5 compatible, you can check on this page https://html5test.com/ 

If your browser achieves a score of 450 points or more, then you will be able to get the new game ok after clearing the old one from your browser history.

If the browser you are using does not get 450 or more you will have to change to a newer one.

Do this, the log back into Facebook and to the game room and you'll get the new version of Pet Rescue saga.

Be patient with the first loading of the game, it can take longer than usual.
