Says no internet connection - but im clearly connected!

Im on level 343. I cant play the level or proceed any further because every time, it says im not connected to the internet. I am clearly connected. This does this to me on my phone and laptop. Also same thing happens on level 4 of the Mystery Mountain!! I notice there are many problems like this with others.. Why in the HELL has it NOT GOTTEN FIXED? This has been like this for me for days now!!!!

How much longer will your investigation take ? Been month now Should he a fix to all these issues but looks like not coming.

This is a problem that comes and goes within all the games. Often it's related to your game settings.

If you play via facebook you need to make sure your preferences are enabled and the game is 'active' as they expire every few months and being unable to connect to facebook is interpreted by the game as just "unable to connect"
