Why after a week I have up dated and etec and the game will not log on...it just there...

I updated my chrome and Adobe and now Pet  Rescue will not play. Its just sets there will not log.

Hi RebaTT, thanks for posting on King Care, it can help for King to see how many players are having this problem!  

We hope they will find a solution soon.

The issue is with a driver on your pc since the game was updated, the lack of information via facebook was less than helpful, the following should resolve the issue.Google Chrome1. Go to chrome://settings2. At the bottom of the page, click Show advanced settings.3. Under System, make sure the box next to Use hardware acceleration when available is checked. If it isn't, check it now.4.  Try loading the page again.It is worth making the minor changes as the game offers more options and makes some of the levels easier to complete.
