My screen says rescue 7 pets in 50 moves. Only 2 pets come down.

youtube help shows level 1459 as 100% of blocks.

my ipad app is up to date

    No. But I have the same problem. I did manage to get 3 pets on the last game I tried. Would appreciate answers from King.
