Mom's Pet Rescue was deleted. She was at 800 level. She didn’t save her progress. How can her progress be restored? Please help

Are you sure she wasn't connected to the Kingdom or Facebook?

Unfortunately your mum will need to post here due to data protection, and once she does, we can pass it over to the King care team to take care of as it cannot be done through a different user even if you are family
