Lost all my progress after connecting to facebook

I was trying to sync my account or my progress to my facebook so i can move it to another phone but when i did, it completely reset the game and i am back at level 1, i was around 2k+, not sure exactly how much but quite a lot, i don't know what to do, i hope someone can help, i wasn't connected to king on the game or facebook.
