I cannot connect to the Google Play Store

I am using an old mobile device without a SIM card but I am able to play Pet Rescue Saga . I have over 91,000 points which I cannot use because I cannot connect to the Google Play Store. I have updated, I cleared out the cache, and my Avatar " Miss Kewl" and account disappeared. I am connected to a strong Wi-Fi signal. I don't know what else to do. PLEASE HELP ME!!! When I started playing on this phone I was getting mystery mountain and pet Island, bonues,, everything I don't know what happened

Hi Trisha, you should be able to connect without a sim as long as your wifi is good as tablets do.
It seems more like a google play issue, make sure you are logged into the google play account you have always been and try this:

What phone is it you are using? If it is an old phone it might be that it cannot cope with the graphics etc it needs.
Check you have no android update too.
