I've been trying to contact someone for several hours..In regards to purchase. Why is there no longer a contact number....my card was charged but never received what I purchased this is very frustrating!!

Hi Tamisha thank you for your post.

I don't think there has been a contact number for a long time, certainly I have never seen one. However, we cannot deal with purchase issues on King care as it requires sensitive data, but the contact form can be found on this link which is a specialised team. 

Also I don't know if you are aware, when you get the confirmation email, you can dispute from there as well and its looked into
