PET RESCUE CONQUERED MOUNTAIN. TELLS ME TO RECLAIM BUT HAS LOCKED ME OUT. CAN'T REPLAY. THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE.  WHY, AND CAN YOU FIX??
