Game crashing six times today on pet rescue saga, states that it's a problem at your end. I buy gold bars weekly, please refund some to compensate.

Hi Danny,
I'm sorry you had this issue. We are working on improving the last connectivity issues and they seem to have indeed improved. That said, some gold bars have been sent your way as a compensation. I hope it helps!

Hi there, I also lost all my 117 gold bars. Quite frustrating. Is there a chance to get them back or I have to forget them?
