Any where in the game that you see a picture of the game coins is where you can spend them.
You can buy boosters, and extra lives, see some examples below...0 -
See the coin icon on the block buster (hammers) in the 'play' screen?
If I click it I get the offer to use coins to buy some - except I do not have enough coins just now, it is 9000 coins for 3 block busters and I only have 5160 coins.
Look out for the coin icon on various places in the game.

You can also spend coins in the 'Silver Shop' (click the purple shopping bag to access the shop)
Once you accept an offer another will appear in it's place.

When you run out of lives you can also use coins to buy them, just click the lives heart.
It is 9000 coins to refill your lives (mine is greyed out here because I have 5 lives just now)
