They can manually go into your account and get your progress back but it might take a couple of days before you hear from them because of these holidays and paperwork being backed up. They will email you with a ticket number. Make sure that when you complete the form that you use this topic and subtopic.

A Facebook account that haven't been used since 2018 in the game and is on level 35 and a King account that was active a few days ago and is on level 2337.
Have you tried reconnecting the game to the King account to get back your levels?
