Lost my progress after change to new device

Hi, i jus change to my phone and lost all my progress on candy crush saga and candy crush soda.

I did login using my facebook acc, clear cache, reinstall and all that but still start frm lvl1. Though i can see the maps all through pastry palace in candy crush saga. I remembered played through lvl 1600+ on soda.

Is there any other ways to retrieve the lost levels?

You will need to connect the game to the King or Facebook account where you had saved the game. Check more help here.

If you didn't have the game saved or do no longer have access to your Facebook or the email address, let me know the level you were on here and your Game ID and I will manually restore your game.
