Why can't I connect to the Internet on my pet rescue game

Have tried to report this through reviews but been unsuccessful. I can't connect to the Internet, my king account or Facebook. Very frustrating

    Hi @sar81 !

    Could you first make sure you have the latest update installed so you have the newest version installed. 

    Then clear the cache and restart the app and see if that helps: 
    -On iPhone simply swipe the app up and restart the device
    -On Android go Settings > Apps > Pet Rescue Saga > Clear cache and then tap Force Stop. Finally restart the device. 

    If that doesn't help, please reinstall the whole app.
